Shift Requirements: 9am-6pm. 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm No weekend no on call
License - Active TN RPH/Pharmacist license

Job Description:
Long term care/retail experience is a plus! Accept and dispense prescription medications. Monitor patient medication compliance and over-usage patterns. Ensuring that the supply of medicines is within the law. Ensuring that the medicines prescribed to patients are suitable. Accurately maintain confidential records of all patients ensure proper management of patient records and pharmacy files.
